Well done to all athletes who represented Maynooth Post Primary and Maynooth Community College in the Leinster Athletics Finals in Santry yesterday. On what was a glorious sunny day and tough competition, all athletes were fantastic. Our medal winners were Orla Reidy (2nd u16 girls mile), Ethan Walker (3rd minor boys discus), Kirsten Monaghan (3rd inter girls steeplechase), Rois Ní Dhomhnaill (3rd junior girls pole vault). All of these athletes now go on to represent their schools in the All-Irelands on June 2nd. Best of luck to the athletes who are competing in day 2 of the Leinsters this Saturday in Santry.
