House Exams-Guidelines for Candidates
1 Candidates must arrive at the exam centre on time for their exam.
2 Candidates must wear their full uniform, irrespective of whether they have an exam or not.
3 Please check the seating arrangement in plenty of time prior to each examination.
4 As stationery is provided, candidates are not permitted to use their own. Sharing of pens, pencils, rulers, mathematical sets, calculators etc is not allowed.
4 Candidates are not permitted to communicate with another student during the exam.
5 When candidates need assistance they must raise their hands to attract the attention of the supervisor.
6 Suspected copying will be reported to the relevant Year Head.
7 Candidates are not permitted to leave the exam centre during a session. However, if a student genuinely needs a toilet break permission may be granted. Students must sign the sheet provided when they leave the hall.
8 Candidates who finish an exam early are not permitted to study for the next examination.
9 Students are not permitted to leave the exam hall in the first 30 minutes or the final 30 minutes of an exam period.
10 Candidates should remain in the hall until all the scripts have been collected.
11 Candidates are not permitted to eat or drink during the exam session.
12 It is the responsibility of the candidates to leave the hall neat and tidy.
13 Disruptive behaviour that interferes with the running of the exams will not be tolerated. Any disruption will be reported to the relevant Year Heads.
