We are sure you have all started your training for the Maynooth 5k and 10k which is taking place on Sunday the 20th May. If not, you are in luck. Any senior cycle students who would like to train with a group for the upcoming race are invited to join Gerry Robinson and Ms. Donovan up on Moyglare pitches every Friday after school. If you are unable to make this training, the following is the Week 1 of a 5 Week training plan for the 5k Race.
Week 1 (4 active, 3 rest days)
Day 1 (walk 2 mins run 30 seconds) x8
Day 2 (walk 2 mins run 45 seconds) x8
Day 3 ( walk 2 mins run 1 min) x8
