Well done to both ‘Focal Eile’ and ‘3D Printing Maynooth’ who represented the schools fantastically at the Student Enterprise Awards county final! Focal Eile’s ‘Stad An Bhus’ Irish language board game attracted many admirersand should be commended for their entrepreneurial spirit. They have many more sales to make so this is only the start for Aine Dooley, Katie McCormack and Carl Scanlon.
Huge congratulations has to go to the trio Toby Markham, Eoghan Walsh and Stephen Horgan. Their 3D printer (completely home made) stole the show and they come home with two awards: ‘Best Stand’ and ‘Special Merit Award’. The group thoroughly deserve their prizes after producing incredible pieces. Long may their entrepreneurial spirit continue.
