An initial extension was opened in 1983 with further enlargement and the creation of a Garden of Remberance in 1996 and our most recent extension in 2007 with numbers going from 110 in 1971 to expected enrolment in September 2009 of 940.

The school follows an accademic curriculum leading to Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate Examinations including The Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme.  All subjects are taught at Higher and Ordinary level, with English, Irish and Mathematics also available at Foundation level. We offer a wide range of extra curricular activities including sports, debating, public speaking and an annual musical.
