What happens on the fitting day?
Students are fitted for their school uniforms, no payments are made. You will then be able to order online. If you already know what size you are going to order or have viewed the fitting videos online at www.Schoolwear.ie, you can go ahead and order online, straight away.
Do i have to order everything on the list?
No, you can order what you need when you need it. Items like shirts, blouses, Trousers, socks etc can be purchased from various stores e.g. Dunnes, Marks + Spencer etc..
Are all items of the school uniform available throughout the school year?
Yes, all items are available on www.Schoolwear.ie. You can order any of the items throughout the school year.
When will my order be posted out?
Orders will begin to be processed straight away and sent out in order of receipt.
Delivery will be made by AnPost.
Can i have my order delivered to a work, friend, relative or neighbour’s address?
Yes, when on the www.Schoolwear.ie website, when on the checkout page – there is a “Ship To A Different Address” section, please enter the address where you would like your order sent to and we will post it there.
We will be going on holiday’s over the summer, how will this affect my delivery?
On the “Checkout Page” there is a section called “Order Notes”, please enter a date after you return and we will then send out your order. Otherwise, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address by entering a work, friend, relative or neighbour’s address.
How will i know when my order has been posted out?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Delivery will be by AnPost.
Can i change or edit my order?
If you have made a mistake when ordering, please send an email quoting your order number and we can make the change/refund to your order, providing it has not been processed and dispatched.
My child has allergies towards some textiles, do you have alternatives?
We do have some cotton alternatives for the school jumpers, you will need to contact us via email to enquire, providing your contact number and size required.
Can i place an order over the phone?
Due to logistical reasons, this is not possible over the summer period.
What happens if i need to exchange an item?
You can email us on Exchange@Schoolwear.ie and we will arrange a time/day to exchange your item.
