Dear Parent / Guardian,
Your son's/daughter's Parent Teacher meeting is due to be held on Thursday 20th January between 4:15pm and 6:45pm. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be hosting these meetings online using Teams this year. The purpose of this email and the attached guide is to advise parents about the steps they must complete in advance of the meeting.
In advance of the Parent Teacher meeting parents are required to:
- Login to VSware and get the VSware id of your son/daughter. Please follow these steps.
- Login to Vsware as per normal.
- On the home screen of the parent dashboard click on the student name.
- Then click on the “Personal Info” tab.
- Once you click on the “Personal Info” tab, then click on “School”.
- You will then see the VSware ID. Make note of this ID for future reference.
- Use our PTM Registration portal (link to this below). This portal will close to parents at 10pm on Sunday 16th December. Please follow the link in the text to login and register on the portal. A reminder the school roll number is 70700A.You need the school roll number and VSware id of your son/daughter to login.

- Thursday 16th January (Day of PTM)
- Log into the PTM Registration portal to print off your rota for the meeting.
- Teachers will create a Teams page for each subject. Along with your son/daughter please login to the correct meeting at the allotted time.
- Meetings are scheduled to take place on Teams between 4:15pm and 6:45pm on Thursday 16th

Please ensure that you have the login details for your son/daughter's Teams Account so that you can join the meeting
