Our School Motto and Emblem
Ní neart go cur le chéile
Here in Maynooth Post Primary School we know that we are stronger together.
Our school motto is Ní neart go cur le chéile, this Irish seanfhocal translates to the proverb There is no strength without unity. Each member of our school community brings their own unique and wonderful talents and strengths, by working together, fostering unity, support and friendship we can achieve great things.
Our school emblem is the St. Brigid's Cross, as a proud Kildare school, we feel that the interwoven strands are the perfect emblem for our school community and the values it espouses. These individual multicoloured strands represent the inclusive culture of care, community and hope that we strive to build daily here in MPP.
