1st Yr. MEC Parent-Teacher Meeting (Online)
Guidelines for Parents & Students
- School finishes this Thursday at 3pm
- Open Teams at home at 4.10pm
- When you log in to Teams go to your calendar
- Find the link to the meeting to each pf your teachers at the specific time. E.g. Mr Jones at 4.20pm. Then select and join the meeting.
- Meeting is for five minutes maximum as all teachers have many appointments. The system will not function if meetings are delayed/exceed five minutes. We are asking students to be very mindful of this and to work with us in ensuring an efficient and effective evening. Please note after five minutes you will automatically be logged off
- Camera must be on for the whole meeting
- Teacher will end the meeting
