Maynooth Post Primary girls advance to quarter final with fantastic win
MPPS 6 – 0 Kishoge Community
The U15 girls put on a superb display on Friday last to win their last 16 game in North Leinster league. The score line was credit to the skill and determination of every girl on the pitch and they went in 2 goals up at half time, after Ava Cullen and Emma Byrne rattled the back of the Kishoge net.
The girls didn’t sit on their laurels in the 2nd half and continued to pile on the pressure. Goals were added from Aine Dooley(2), Cullen and Eimear Quinn.
The girls will now play St Joseph's Secondary School in the Quarter – final on Tuesday 20th at 11am in Maynooth University.
