Biology is the study of living things and over the course of 2 years Biology students have the opportunity to explore a variety of areas including:
Animal and Plant Anatomy and Physiology, Genetics and Ecology.
The Leaving Certificate Biology exam consists of 3 sections:
Section A: Short Questions (100marks- answer any 5 out of 6 questions)
Section B: Experiment Questions (60marks- answer any 2 out of 3 questions)
Section C: Long Questions (240marks- answer any 4 out of 6 questions)
